• Whether you opened or clicked our emails (used to improve our content; you can opt out by unsubscribing)

If you buy our Pro PDF:

• Your name, email, and billing details — handled by Gumroad (see Gumroad's privacy policy); we never see your full payment card
• Your purchase record (so we can send you lifetime updates)

If you click our gear recommendations:

• Amazon receives information about your visit to their site (see Amazon's privacy notice)
• We earn a small commission if you purchase through our link, at no extra cost to you

If you save your bake plan locally, we use your browser's localStorage. That data stays on your device and never leaves it. Clear your browser cache and it's gone.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone
• We don't use third-party advertising trackers beyond Google AdSense (only after explicit consent via our cookie banner — see below)
• We don't profile you or build behavioural models about you
• We don't send unsolicited marketing email; you only get our newsletter if you sign up for it
